Support for Newly Authorised Consumer Credit Firms

We would like to inform our members about a series of short videos which have been released by the FCA to help newly authorised consumer credit firms to understand their responsibilities and what they need to do.

The videos feature interviews with key FCA people and include important information on:

3.  Paying your fees - what fees you need to pay and when they are required

4.  Our rules - what rules need to be followed and where you can find details

5.  Dealing with problems - when, how and what information will need to be provided if your firm experiences problems

6.  Checklist - a short downloadable summary of all the steps that you need to take now that you're authorised
