On the Move - CCA Relocates to New Modern Offices

After 35 years at Queens House in Chester, the CCA is pleased to announce that we have moved to more suitable modern offices, allowing us to reduce costs, digitise our records and improve communication.

The CCA's Queens House location offered more space than was actually needed and also came with insufficient parking, high service charges and limitations on both telephone and IT systems.

The move to new premises will allow us to make the transition to the paperless office, replacing filing cabinets full of paper with high capacity digital storage.  The end goal is to not only improve the security and retrieval of data but to also boost communication with our members, suppliers, regulators and consumers.

As part of the move, the Home Credit records, which have been in the CCA's possession at Queens House, will be donated to the Open University Business School in Milton Keynes where it will form part of the national records of the True Potential Centre for the Public Understanding of Finance.
