Code of Practice

The Consumer Credit Association’s Code of Practice sets out the standards of business practice for members of the CCA. It is how we guarantee that our members offer the highest possible level of service and treat customers fairly and responsibly.

All members must comply with the Code of Practice or they face the ultimate sanction of expulsion from the CCA.
