We welcome applications from any home credit businesses that share our desire to operate with the highest standards of conduct in the industry.

How do I join?

Membership is open to any home credit business that meets the CCA’s robust membership criteria.

A one-off joining fee of £500 applies. This is non-refundable.

Applicants must complete the CCA’s induction and training process. This has several stages and your business will need to satisfy the association of your conduct and competence before your membership will be approved. Once confirmed, members are required to comply with the association's Constitution and Code of Practice. To help you do this, we will provide compliance training for you and your employees.

Organisations complying with the association’s robust criteria will be granted Probationary Member status for a period of between one and two years. The period is dependent on meeting the minimum compliance standards.
