The Consumer Credit Association represents the majority of businesses in the Home Credit industry and is the focal point for contact by government, local authorities, other finance sector representative bodies, the media and consumer groups who have an interest in the industry.
The association has around five hundred member businesses who range from large public limited companies to small firms, operating at a local level within the community.

The day to day running of the CCA is managed by the Director, Jack Bennett, aided by a four-strong team at the association's Chester headquarters.
Jack, a business graduate of the University of Plymouth, joined the CCA in September 2006, after holding a number of senior management and marketing roles in the UK and the Middle East including, prior to his appointment, the position of Chief Executive of the Jeddah Marketing Board in Saudi Arabia.

Used wisely, a loan can help finance major items of spending or pay unexpected bills by smoothing out the peaks and troughs of income and expenditure that inevitably occur. The CCA’s leaflet "Managing your Borrowing" provides much helpful advice on how to choose the loan that is right for you, the cost of borrowing and paying off your loan. You can download the leaflet by clicking here (1kb PDF file). |
